A week prior to your stay, you will receive an arrival email with your code for entry. Make sure to respond that you have received the information!

Arrive anytime after 4pm. There is no need to check-in as there is no office located on-site. Arrive at your leisure using your self-entry door code.

guidelines
There are a few rules we ask you to follow for the enjoyment of all at The Beach House, most of which may be found in your Terms and Conditions. We recommend sharing this information with all guests in your party as ultimately the reservation holder is held responsible. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Smoking, firework, candle & pet-free
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you please leave your smoking devices and pets at home! We love furry friends, however we ask that they are left at home as well.

Leave Your charcoal at Home!
All of our grills are run using gas regulators. We ask that you save your cash and do not purchase any charcoal or use them in the grills. Failure to adhere may result in a $50 fine to cover the costs of restoring the grills to their previous condition.

Right to Quiet Enjoyment
We pride ourselves on maintaining a quiet and respectful environment for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. Given the quaint size of the property, we ask that you clean up after yourselves and share the space with other guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Keep the glass away from the pool
We have provided plastic drink ware in your units for use by the pool. Glass is not allowed near the pool for safety purposes. If glass were to break, we would be required to drain the pool completely. All expenses are the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Store your extra items out of sight
In an effort to maintain the integrity and beauty of our resort, please refrain from leaving anything in the pool area or hanging on the balconies. You are more than welcome to bring any toys for the kids. We ask that these be stored in your private garages or your private back patio so as not to congest the walkway or pool deck. Sidewalk chalk is welcome but must be used on the public sidewalks along Lake Street.

Rentals may include membership privileges to the renowned Macatawa Golf Club which boasts a top flight, gorgeous 18-hole golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness facility, and restaurants – all for free! Your membership may be used from your first full day of vacation (day after check-in) through your last day of vacation (check-out day).
1. Book Your Tee Time up to 3 days in advance.
Contact the pro shop directly at 616.212.2600 to make tee times and/or inquire about availability. Tee times may be made up to 3 days in advance, based on availability.
2. Present your Arrival information Page
Present your copy of your confirmation with reservation dates to the pro shop. This MUST be present along with photo ID. This is also how to obtain the keycard to the fitness facility.
3. Additional Fees that may be required
The per person cart fee is $11/9 holes and $22/18 holes. Driving range balls are included. Pool use fees apply for each guest beyond the 4 guests ($8/child and $12/adult). The pool is open from 11am-8pm beginning the Friday of Memorial Day weekend (weather permitting). Please note that No outside drinks or food allowed.

Fitness Center
Present a copy of your arrival information page to the MGC Pro Shop to receive the keycard for their state of the art fitness facility.
Pool & Spa
Enjoy their pool and 28-person spa. Up to 4 guests may have free entry. Open from 11am to 8pm. For additional guests there is a fee required.
Tennis and Pickleball Courts
Tennis courts and pickle ball courts available first-come first-serve. Equipment is not provided, so don't forget to pack your own!
